Intuition Yoga

Make time for a Fresh City Life My Branch program this week, and add a bit of something to your life!

If you want to try out the benefits of yoga but are intimidated by visiting a studio, try it at the library, with Beginning Yoga at the Bear Valley Branch on Tuesday, June 5 at 5:30 p.m. Get your questions about yoga answered, and try it out! Wear clothing that allow for movement, and bring a mat or towel if you have one.

Got questions about your eReader, tablet, or laptop? Our Tech Open House is open for business at the Schlessman Family Branch on Thursday, June 7 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Bring your device and your questions, and a librarian will help!

There are some spaces left in Embellish Your Tote on Saturday, June 9 at 10 a.m. at Schlessman. Bring your own canvas or cloth tote bag, and give it new life! A great summertime gift! Please register: 720-865-0000 or fclmybranch@denverlibrary.org.

Are you ready for Father's Day? Get some ideas for a special meal at Father's Day Brunch Treats on Saturday, June 9 at 2 p.m. at the Smiley Branch. Recipes and samples of foods that will make dad grin included!

Do you often hear a voice inside, telling you what chances/choices to make, or one that keeps you away from danger? That's your intuition, and you can learn how to harness it in Intuition 101 with local psychic Sean Michael Morris on Saturday, June 9 at 2 p.m. at the Bear Valley Branch. Come ready to explore your own mind!

Hi!

I work for Heritage College in Denver.

This year we opened a new program to train yoga teachers.

Our yoga instructor students need classes to teach, so we’ve opened our beautiful new yoga studio to the public and we’re offering drop-in yoga classes for $5.

More information is available at http://www.heritage-education.com/denver-yoga-training-school.htm

We would love to be listed on your website. Please tell me how we might be able to work together.

Sincerely,

Jay Casper
