Have you been wanting to learn Excel?  The Central Library offers Excel Basics every month, followed by several modules at the same time the following weeks.

Start with the basics if you’ve never used Excel before, or if it’s been a while and you’re looking for a refresher. Then dive into modules to learn specific skills. You decide what’s right for you. The next series starts tomorrow!

Microsoft Excel: Basics
Build a personal budget to learn many of the building blocks to Excel mastery. This lesson includes inserting text, basic functions, AutoSum, AutoFill, and more.

Thursday, July 17, 2 – 4 p.m.
Microsoft Excel: Formulas & Functions

Learn how to make Excel do the work for you by using commonly accessed formulas and functions. Basic Excel skills required.

Thursday, July 24, 2 – 3 p.m.
Microsoft Excel: Macros

Learn how to automate repetitive tasks by recording and running simple macros in Excel. Basic Excel skills required.

Thursday, July 31, 2 – 3 p.m.
Microsoft Excel: Advanced Formatting

Go beyond the basics with conditional formatting, naming ranges and freezing rows. Basic Excel skills required.
