On This Day in History: Attack on Pearl Harbor

The quiet morning of December 7, 1941 was shattered by air raid sirens. The naval base at Pearl Harbor was attacked by Japanese fighter planes. The attack lasted less than 2 hours, but the aftershocks made waves for years to come. Several films have tried to capture the feeling of uncertainty and the extreme bravery exhibited on this day.
