Buttons & Books is an informal book club for 4th - 6th graders. We'll make buttons or fridge/locker magnets while talking about the latest books we've read. It's the perfect place to get crafty and get great book recommendations from other kids! No registration is required.

Enjoy snacks while Ms. Barbara reads the first few chapters of Before I Fall. You will go home with your own copy of the book. There will also be a book swap at the end of the program, so if you have a gently used copy of a chapter book that you would like to swap for a different one, bring it along.

Create your own hand-made, self-published work of art with images and text in a booklet form. You will work on a theme, composition, variety of media and methods of execution, and assembling the final product. Bring images, stories, poems, and sketches that you have been working with. For grades 6-12.
