A Colorado native, Dean Fetzer has written four books, starting with Death in Amber, Death After Midnight and Book of the Dead. His most recent book, Dead Silent is the last book in the Jaared Sen Quartet and follows the formerly blind detective, Jaared Sen, from London to Edinburgh on the trail of an ancient mystery concerning the Council of the Seven. Dean will be reading from his new book Dead Silent and signing copies of all his books.
The new economics of publishing has ushered in the era of self-publishing. Once called ‘vanity publishing’ and reserved for books of family recipes or indulgent tomes of personal poetry, self-publishing is becoming a standard for new and established authors. Join author, designer and indie publisher Dean Fetzer for a workshop designed to help you on the way to publishing the book you’ve been writing. Dean provides an overview of the self-publishing business and a selection of tips and tricks to help you develop an author platform and get your work noticed.

Do you find yourself constantly asking people about what they're reading? Do you love talking to people about books, poems, and essays? We'll chat about what we're reading and maybe even read aloud a bit. Just sit and listen, or share! We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month.
