Finding a Path to Peace Through Alzheimer's will teach participants about the connection between thoughts, feelings, and outcomes in caregiving situations, how to identify negative thoughts that are generating negative emotional responses and outcomes, techniques for replacing old thoughts with new thoughts that are more realistic, adaptive, and supportive, and provide an opportunity to practice new thinking skills.
