Sight words are the most frequently used words in the English language. Teaching sight words is a crucial goal of education in grades kindergarten through 3.

There will be snacks and prizes! This event has been created with beginning readers in mind, but all are
welcome!

Come solo or with friends to play word games like Scrabble, Boggle and Balderdash as well as a host of other fun games like Clue, Trivial Pursuit and others. You can even bring your own favorite game to play with other gamers. Enjoy wine, coffee and snacks from our host MAD Beans & Wine Cafe. It’s F-U-N on every last Wednesday of the month. One drink minimum please.

We play video games every other Tuesday! We have a Wii, Xbox360, and PS3 with awesome games for all systems. We will have 2 gaming stations set up, so you can play whatever you want.

This event is open to teens from grades 6-12. We're playing in the basement on the west side of the building (by the art museum).
