This program is designed to introduce participants to the healing aspects and principles of Qi Gong, Yoga and Tai Chi. Participants will acknowledge and engage tension and stress in the body and relieve it at its core. Each exercise is used as a fundamental instrument in reclaiming Wellness, Health and Fitness. They are also a key component in providing the body with a complete cardiovascular workout by combining Isometric exercise, visualizations and breathing.

Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, join us for this all-levels adult yoga class with Nomad Yoga, and practice reading the wisdom of your body. When we pay attention to our bodies, our bodies can heal and support us in living a vibrant life. BYO mat, or there will be a few to borrow.
Come learn tai chi, a non-combative, healing martial art, and use your body to enhance your mental and spiritual strength. Dahn Yoga Cherry Creek will guide you through this practice to gather and direct life energy, known as ki or chi. All levels and abilities are welcome.
Let's take time out for yoga and ourselves. We will work with connecting the mind and the body with the breath. We will learn tools to focus and stay present, while having fun. Yoga helps to reduce stress and create calm minds and bodies. Yoga promotes awareness of thoughts and actions, and benefits the body by balancing its systems.
