Yoga Dance is a heart opening, fun-filled journey through the energy centers of your body. Join us on Sunday, May 1 at 2 p.m. at the Schlessman Family Branch Library for an introduction to this amazing activity.

Listen to the music and move to the rhythm of your soul. Our dance is followed by the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. You will be guided through body sensing, breath awareness, and visualizations. The combination will both energize and relax you. Pamper yourself with a mini facial led by the expert staff of Moondance Botanicals on Thursday, October 14 at 6 p.m. at the Ross-University Hills Branch Library. Class size is limited, please register by calling 720-865-0955. Desserts and beverages will be provided.
