Happy Thanksgiving from Fresh City Life My Branch

Bridges to Heaven

Everyone at Fresh City Life My Branch hopes you have a wonderful holiday weekend. Once your big meal is done, please consider one of these great programs.

On Tuesday, December 3 at 6 p.m., join us at Ross-University Hills for a fascinating author event. Sue Frederick, author of Bridges to Heaven: True Stories of Loved Ones on the Other Side, believes that death is not the end and that our deceased loved ones are watching us and helping us.

Awaken Your Body, Quiet Your Soul

Yoga

Yoga Dance is a heart opening, fun-filled journey through the energy centers of your body. Join us on Sunday, May 1 at 2 p.m. at the Schlessman Family Branch Library for an introduction to this amazing activity.

Listen to the music and move to the rhythm of your soul. Our dance is followed by the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. You will be guided through body sensing, breath awareness, and visualizations. The combination will both energize and relax you. Brought to you by Margie Krest from local movement studio, Dancing the Soul.

Fresh Fabulous Face

Pamper yourself with a mini facial led by the expert staff of Moondance Botanicals on Thursday, October 14 at 6 p.m. at the Ross-University Hills Branch Library. Class size is limited, please register by calling 720-865-0955. Desserts and beverages will be provided.

As a veteran of several of their Botanical Spa Parties, I can say, without reservation, this is a great event that will leave you feeling beautiful, refreshed and relaxed.
