Ukulele Heroes: Cabanting and Cline Concert at DPL

Central Library hosts the duo Cabanting and Cline this weekend for the Saturday Session in the great hall. Their original music has a lilting, joyful sound that mixes traditional strains with contemporary passages for a very modern, eclectic collection of songs.

Saturday Sessions: Great Music in the Great Hall

If you are casting about for something to do on the weekends, check out our Saturday Sessions at Central Library. Schlessman Hall becomes a concert venue every Saturday at 2 p.m. for a free concert. Pick out a summer read, grab a new dvd or two, get a cup of coffee at our cafe and then enjoy beautiful music from one of our local musicians. This Saturday's concert features guitarist, Laurie Dameron, who has mastered a number of styles and genres for her popular concerts all over Denver and Boulder. Check out her video below for her jazz guitar rendition of Somewhere Over The Rainbow.
