Our Chef Shellie Kark, from KitchenCue, has teamed up with our friends at Whole Foods Market and the dedicated farmers from Grant Family Farms for a cooking demo series to inspire you to seek out the best produce for your table. And Chef Kark will show you how to prepare for now or later so that nothing goes to waste. You’ll learn how to participate in a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), explore cooking techniques that will utilize your produce box; Chef Kark will also talk about the staples that will make cooking with your farm fresh ingredients a joy. They have generously donated a 2011 Season Single egg share and a free box of fruit and veggies to be delivered to a share pickup site this summer - a package valued at $250!
