COOKING DEMOS: BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER: SEASON FINALE

Hope you can make it to this incredible multi-tiered food event that represents the heart and soul of Chef Shellie's mission: helping regular, everyday cooks make and enjoy the best food possible while being a healthy eater and mindful chef. Here’s how we’re going to ‘set the table:’

Chef Shellie prepares an energizing and portable breakfast recipe with a new take on yogurt and granola. We are supercharging a classic with homemade granola and fresh fruit and the new darling of the ‘nutritarian’ crowd – chia seeds. She’ll talk about the best whole foods to eat in the morning that will be a positive charge for your day. Then, Chef Shellie continues her inspiring demo on good eats with ideas on beating the lunch rush that often leads to poor food choices. Learn about lunches that travel well and pack a nutrient punch. Explore prepping techniques that will turn your fridge and your lunch pail into a green powerhouse – with tips and recipes that taste like you’re cheating instead of leaving you feeling cheated.
