Start the new year off with Dr. David Shapiro as he discusses his Five Essentials to Health. Dr. Shapiro has been in practice in the Denver area for 14 years and is the chiropractor for the Colorado Ballet, Ballet Nouveau Colorado, the Denver Outlaws, Colorado State University men’s and women’s lacrosse teams.

The plan was for a short jaunt: Two authors would spend nine months putting together a small, pretty guide to wools, with color pictures of sheep and of locks of wool, along with summary information for quick reference use. Ha! Hear the inside story of the little project that grew — and of the more than four years Deb Robson spent researching, spinning, and writing about every animal-grown fiber the team could get its hands on.
