Our favorite DIY goddess, Tran Wills, makes one last visit to the library this year for a class devoted to those of us who like a bit of sparkle. Tran uses real Swarovski crystals and Bedazzler jewel setters to turn plain pieces of fabric into glittering decorations for a window, a mirror or the family evergreen.
