There is something very satisfying, comforting about hugging a mug of tea while the chill of winter prevails outdoors. Tea specialist Judy Williams joins us for an exploration of the great teas currently available; she’ll share techniques for making a great cup of tea and suggest resources for teas, accoutrements and nibbles for the perfect tea time. Herb vinegar, tapenades and seasoning mixes all make thoughtful gifts for the holidays. Susan will demonstrate how to make Marinated Goat Cheese and Sun-dried Tomato Parfait, Holiday Spiced Nuts and a White Chocolate Snack Mix that is a joy to give as a hostess gift – or use as your own personal antidote for the stress of the holidays.
