Review

All his life, Perry has done exactly what his parents tell him to. When his parents tell him that he has to take Gobi, the exchange student living with his family (and so totally not as hot or into him as he'd hoped) to the prom, Perry does- even though his band has a gig in Manhattan that same night. What Perry doesn't know is that Gobi is an international assassin and prom is just a cover so she can use Perry and his dad's Jaguar for a nice night of um, assassinating people. I thought this book was hilarious (what prom date shoots you and then says they had a nice time), and the action and pacing is really great. If you liked Nick & Norahs Infinite Playlist or Paper Towns, youll probably really like this book.
