Brain on fire : my month of madness

Review

Susannah is a young ambitious news reporter.  Within a few weeks her life begins to fall apart.  She starts hearing voices, has seizures, and is hospitalized. While in the hospital, her condition continues to deteriorate until a neurologist diagnosed her with a recently discovered autoimmune disorder which attacks the brain.  This diagnosis puts Susannah on the path to full recovery.  This recently discovered autoimmune disorder may have existed for centuries and may have caused individuals to be wrongly labeled as demon possessed.
