This is an excellent book for children and parents who are interested in learning the traditions of tea time in order to host their own.  The images are beautiful paintings from various time periods, and the importance of tradition and ritual at teatime are emphasized in the text and the structure of the book.  There are also recipes for traditional tea time foods.

A wonderful resource for anyone wishing to incorporate traditional tea time into their lives!
