Review

Without being sappy, Foster manages to relate his experiences with abandoned pets (three of whom he adopts) in a compassionate and practical way. He is realistic about his limitations as a rescuer, which was a new perspective in books I've come across that deal with similar subject matter. This book is recommended for anyone who loves dogs (or animals in general).
