McKeown shares his blueprint for "less is better."  Learn discernment and enjoy the small wins at work and home. Choice, clarity, and focus beget the next right action.  Add play, joy, and "no" to your vocabulary. Part philosophy, psychology, and leadership training, McKeown redirects our attention like a mantra. His book is best read in numerous sittings. If you are a fan of Drucker and Covey, you'll appreciate this fresh approach. If you are embarking on a career or sharing a life, save yourself some heartache and read this book.
