If you have any experience with gluten-free cooking, you know the recipes can be hit or miss. Some are delicious and some are not. The Gluten-free table is definitely a book of hits. It has a ton of recipes that you would actually want to eat, have the time to make and ingredients where you can actually pronounce the names. One of my favorites are the fruit pizzas. And all the recipes will taste delicious to other family members who don't need to cut gluten out of their diets.
