Review

S. is two stories for the price of one. As a tribute to reading, S. explores and celebrates the adventure of the writer as well as the reader. The internal novel is well written and worth reading for the interesting story and the story in the margins is an amazing creative concept. S. was the most fun I've had reading in awhile thanks to the inserts and parallel stories, but unfortunately, like some other J.J. Abrams projects I can think of (the television show Lost, for instance) S. has an unsatisfying amount of plot holes, which leave a little too much up to mystery and intrigue by the end of it, but well worth reading nonetheless!
