The blue flash happened on September 7. No one knows where it came from, just the scary result–all human beings in the world are now 6 inches tall. Mouse was in the city with his father when the flash happened. He leads an escape from his dad's office building and then picks up a larger group of survivors as they try to flee the city and all of its dangers. His sister, Beat, is at home in the country, and she has missions of her own. Join this family in a world where the simple and familiar easily become the scary and dangerous, and where the only hope is in people banding together.
