Advance Directives Fundamentals

Ages:

Adult

Program Description

Event Details

Many people do not realize the importance of an Advance Directive until they are sick, or it is too late to execute the document. Advance Directives help your loved ones and health providers understand your health-related wishes when you cannot speak for yourself.

No matter what chapter in life you are currently in, having an Advance Directive can be used as a compass when faced with difficult life decisions.

What will we cover?

-    Who needs to have an Executed Advanced Directive and why?

-    How to fill out an Advance Directive.

-    Where should you keep an Advance Directive?

-    How often should you update an Advance Directive?

Jill Wisehart, The Managing Partner for the Paper Catalyst, brings her life experience in the value of documenting key information for your current and future chapters of life.

Come back again on September 28 at 2pm for our Signing Party to get any completed paperwork notarized for free!
