Ancestry.com/Library Edition is available for FREE onsite at any metro branch library. FamilySearch.org offers free access to records from your home computer. FindaGrave is always free to search for cemetery burials. Join Professional Genealogist Carol Cooke Darrow as she guides you to search techniques that will allow you to discover your roots.
Beginning Genealogy is an introductory genealogy class that will introduce you to U.S. census records and basic record groups such as birth and death records, marriage records. You will learn how to record information on pedigree charts and family group sheets. It’s a good class to get you off on the right foot of your family research.
