Kids Book Celebration

Let’s celebrate! Each month we’ll do activities inspired by a book, series, or theme. Read one of the books if you want, or just come to have fun. Ideal for ages 5-12.

Afternoon Tunes: A Family Concert of Oboe & Strings
This live concert will feature oboe, violin, viola, and cello. You will hear duos, trios, and quartets, and talk about how melodies can sound different when different instruments play them!

¡Vamos a festejar! Cada mes realizaremos actividades inspiradas en un libro, serie o tema. Lee alguno de los libros si quieres, o simplemente ven a divertirte. Ideal para niños de 5 a 12 años.

Tardeada musical: Concierto familiar de oboe y cuerdas 
Este concierto en vivo incluirá instrumentos como el oboe, el violín, la viola y el violoncello. Escucharemos dúos, tríos y cuartetos, y hablaremos sobre cómo las melodías pueden sonar diferente cuando se tocan con diferentes instrumentos.
