Join us for a walk around Smith Lake with elite athlete and inductee into the Colorado Running Hall of Fame, Maureen Roben. Maureen will talk about her history as a runner and give insight on how to train your body for physical activity no matter your fitness level. We will meet by the Washington Park Boathouse near the intersection of E. Exposition Avenue and S. Franklin Street.
