Event Details

During this two-part series, you will learn creative ways to manipulate paper and fabric to resist paint and fabric dyes from penetrating the surface.

In the first class, on November 12, we will experiment with paper and explore different forms of adhesives such as wax, tape, and more, to block out or resist paint from touching parts of the page. In the second class, on December 10, we will use different binding, clamping, wrapping, and stitching techniques to prevent fabric dye from penetrating the surface of our fabrics.

Come join us for this fun and exploratory class and bring your creativity! No prior experience needed. Registration required. Please keep in mind that when you register that you are registering for both classes. You do not need to register twice.
