Join film professor John Anzalone for an in-depth look at the political thriller Fail Safe (1964) and the dark comedy Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964), two films with very different takes on the Cold War but released in the same year. 

Watch Fail Safe (1964) on Kanopy or DPL DVD and Dr. Strangelove (1964) on DPL DVD on your own, with your library card and then join the discussion. What We're Watching recommendations from participants will also be shared after the discussion.
