Come by Schlessman Family Branch at your convenience for a program that promotes literacy and physical activity for youth and their families. The activity can be done inside during business hours or outside during closed hours. Take a story-stroll as you read and enjoy a heartwarming book about a classic wooing effort to express affection for a loved one. Francisco Martinez and Maya Gonzalez have teamed up for this beautiful bilingual book that teaches readers serenades are an ancient tradition to celebrate love in all its manifestations. Begin your stroll at the (northwest) corner of our youth section and follow the page numbers in a clockwise fashion. Please feel free to share photos of yourself reading around the library using the QR code on the last page.
