When George Harrison and The Beatles befriended Ravi Shankar, the sitar made its way from a traditional Indian instrument to a part of contemporary music. It is now heard in a wide range of musical genres including world and techno. ‘Citrus’ brings his signature style to the sitar – the soul of traditional Indian music.
