Think of needle felting as 'fiber painting'. Instead of a canvas you'll have wool felt; in place of paints – unspun wool, wool scraps and textured fibers; and you'll replace the paintbrush with a tiny-barbed felting needle. It takes just a few minutes to get the concept of how the fibers felt together with quick strokes of your felting needle and you're on your way to making something beautiful.
