This class will teach participants about the connection between thoughts, feelings and outcomes in caregiving situations. It will explain how to identify negative thoughts that are generating negative emotional responses and outcomes, and it will teach you techniques for replacing old thoughts with new thoughts that are more realistic, adaptive and supportive. Participants will also get an opportunity to practice new thinking skills. Instructor Kathleen Negri has been an Elder Law Attorney and Alzheimer’s caregiver.

Directed by Jennifer Redfearn, Oscar nominee in 2011 for Best Documentary, Short Subjects.
