Did you know that you can still check out eBooks and place holds, even when the library is closed? We have a large collection of eMedia-downloadable eBooks, audio eBooks, and eFlicks (movies)--available on your portable device (now including the Kindle!) or home computer 24/7. Staff from DPL's Community Technology Center will be on-site to provide FREE instruction and show you how it's done! If you have a laptop and/or e-reader, tablet or smart phone, please bring them with you. We will help you install and set up the software on site, and get you started!

Learn to Knit

Mr. Singular, a two-time New York Times bestsellilng author, grew up in Lyndon, KS. He has worked as a freelance writer and a staff writer for The Denver Post. He has published 20 books about high profile crimes (including the JonBenet Ramsey case and the BTK killer), social criticism, and business and sports biographies. He currently teaches a class on storytelling in Denver where he lives with his wife and son. His first book was Talked to Death, about the murder of Denver radio personality, Alan Berg. This book was made into the 1989 Oliver Stone movie, Talk Radio.
