Dr. Fanale is a board-certified neurologist specializing in Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disease. He graduated from the MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine, Philadelphia, in May 2000 and subsequently completed residency training in preliminary medicine and neurology at Hahnemann. He completed a fellowship in stroke/cerebrovascular disease at the University of California at San Diego Medical Center. There he had experience with a telemedicine network that connects 5 rural hospitals in California with stroke neurologists at the UCSD Stroke Center, improving stroke diagnosis, treatment and outcome. He is actively involved in a telemedicine for acute stroke program in Colorado. Dr. Fanale is involved in stroke research and education through the Colorado Neurological Institute.
