About Stephan

Stephan traded Chicago skyscraper views for Denver mountain landscapes during the early stages of the pandemic. While it wasn't 'love at first pose' during his college studies, he eventually established a regular yoga practice to help train for two consecutive Chicago half marathons in 2011 and 2012. This foundation helped him complete his 200-hour yoga teacher training in the spring of 2020 and since then he has been working with studios and small nonprofits to teach many classes to kids and adults. Stephan's classes are relaxing yet grounding and integrated with music. A balance between silly and serious, be prepared to use your breath and humility to flow along.
