As you age, eating a high-quality diet is more important than ever. Join Chef Kelley Williamson, the Plant Based Kitchenista, for a whole foods and veggie friendly cooking class. The session will include research-based information on foods to tame your appetite demons as well as tips to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
