Get personalized Resource Navigation assistance by meeting with a Peer Navigator. Peers can connect you with shelter or services, help to navigate social service systems, assist with applications, food resources, finding mental health/substance misuse/medical resources, and much more! Peer Navigators listen to customers to understand what services they need and then connect folks to those in the community.

Can't make it during this time?
