Celebrate Black History Month with the Central Teen Library at an open-mic shoutout to Black creators of all types, current and past. Read a poem by the late, great Nikki Giovanni, belt your best Beyoncé, share a short story by your favorite Black author, or bring your own work to share about Black identity in a safe, supportive space. Use our instruments and gear, or bring your own. Light refreshments provided.
