The goal of this agency is “To protect investors and maintain public confidence in the securities markets while avoiding unreasonable burdens on participants in the capital markets.” To do this, they offer instructions on how to file a complaint, links to the State statutes pertaining to securities, old stock certificate information and an investor education with many free informative brochures, books and videos.
