Please join  Denver Public Library on Saturday, April 9 at 1:00 p.m. for a very special mural dedication ceremony at Hampden Branch Library located at 9755 E. Girard Avenue, Denver, 80231.

The mural, “Four Harmonious Friends'' is a collaboration between Mongolian artists Eriko Tsogo, Tsogo Mijid, and students from the Uran Biir Colorado Mongolian Art School.  The mural depicts Colorado’s mythology through symbolism and motif using traditional Mongolian art, Thangkha and ornamental pattern styles of painting. 

The dedication will feature a program, art exhibit from students from the Uran Biir Colorado Mongolian Art School, activities and light refreshments. 

The mural came together through a collaboration between Councilperson Kendra Black’s office, the Denver Department of Arts and Venues, the Urban Arts Fund and Denver Public Library.
