Join us to learn about the ways that we can help keep our brains and bodies healthy and an Awareness presentation about Alzheimer's and dementia. We will provide local resources, brain health tips and suggestions on how to live well with dementia. This program is designed for anyone interested in learning more about Alzheimer's/dementia. Although you are welcome to bring the person you care for, this program is not designed to be engaging for folks living with Alzheimer's/dementia.

 

About the speaker: Bobbie D’Addario, Senior Program Manager, Alzheimer’s Association, Colorado Chapter:

 

For over 36 years, Bobbie has worked with volunteers in the nonprofit sector. She began her career as a Social Worker in Buffalo, New York but has been in Colorado for almost thirty years. Bobbie is passionate about people, service, connection and relationships. She worked with youth and volunteers for many years, then with the homeless and those in recovery. She joined the Alzheimer’s Association in August of 2021 as the volunteer coordinator and has recently transitioned to the position of Senior Program Manager in the Denver Metro area and Southwestern Colorado.
