Come learn the basics of Tai Chi in this six week series for beginners. Tai Chi is a full body exercise and a moving meditation that is a tool for maintaining and building health.
This workshop runs for 6 weeks. All workshops are on Thursdays from 11a.m.-12p.m. The dates are Nov. 3rd, 10th, 17th, Dec. 1st, 8th, 15th
All workshops take place at the Hirschfeld Tower (333 W Ellsworth) in their Community Room on the east side of the building. Street parking is available outside the building around Dailey Park.
